It’s no secret that I absolutely love Brittney and Bryce, and have been counting down to their Cedar Springs wedding for months. But before that, I had two goals…not go into labor and not split my pants again! If you’re not sure what I’m talking about and need a good laugh, be sure to check out their Point Defiance engagement session! This was my last full wedding (and 10 hour day) prior to having my daughter and honestly, it is some of my best work. There’s also just something to be said about working with couples that you can’t help but connect with.
Joy. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think about Brittney and Bryce and their wedding day. I’m not sure if I have ever seen two people (or their friends and family) smile so much, and it was definitely contagious! From getting ready to their sparkler send-off, it was truly a magical day filled with laughter, happy tears and memories to carry them through a lifetime together.
Brittney and Bryce, thank you for trusting me (with my 9-month bump!) to capture your special day. It was truly the best day and I am honored to have been able to witness the start of another chapter in your love story!
This was my first wedding in Cedar Springs and I already can’t wait to go back. The grounds are absolutely stunning with views of water, beautiful gardens and a cedar bridge that serves as the isle to a private island for your ceremony! And if you love row boats as much as I do, you can rent one for your portraits! Whether you’re looking to have a smaller, intimate wedding or big wedding, I could not recommend Cedar Springs enough.
