This pacific northwest elopement was the perfect combination of intimacy, love and all the seasons in one day! These two flew in from out of state and had the most magical elopement at Mt. Rainier National Park. Everything was perfect beginning with their intimate cabin in Packwood, Washington.

Finding the perfect Airbnb to begin your day is the best way to set the tone for an elopement. I absolutely love when couples can start off their day with a slow morning drinking coffee next to a view. It’s even better when a few of your closest friends and family members are present to enjoy the morning with you. These two opted for that route.

After getting ready privately, they had a dreamy private first look next to the Cowlitz River that sat just behind their airbnb. The forecast called for rain but it held off and offered them dreamy clouds and vivid colors along the river. After loading up the cars, we ventured into Mount Rainier National Park though the Stevens Canyon entrance and drove to the Paradise parking lot to begin the hike out to their ceremony location.

We hiked until  they found the perfect spot to say, “I do.” As we were coming up the mountain, light snow began to cover the changing fall colors and it was so vividly dreamy that even a photographer can say that photos just can’t do it justice. I truly had not experienced a more beautiful day in this location. Their beautiful ceremony took place under a light dusting of snow. After their family and friends took off, we celebrated with some portraits around the park and ended the day with a pop of champagne to celebrate! Packwood, Washington sits a little over two hours away from Seattle but offers many Airbnbs for visitors and quick access to most areas of Mount Rainier National Park.
