Mt. Rainier National Park Adventure Elopement

As photographers, we are constantly playing the social media and google game – always trying to find the balance between ensuring we show up in searches, but not obsessing over it too much. So when I get inquiries from people like Anita and Chris looking for an elopement photographer for their Mt. Rainier National Park adventure elopement from nearly 3,000 miles away it’s exciting. It also provides a little validation that all of the nitty-gritty behind the scene work does pay off and connect me with the most AMAZING couples! I can’t say it lightly but Mt. Rainier National Park adventure elopements are my absolute favorite!

For Anita and Chris, Mt. Rainier is sentimental…“Chris and I have visited a lot of national parks over the years we have been together and Mt. Rainier always stands out as one our favorites. We visited and hiked a portion of Mt. Rainier in August of 2015 and fell in love with the mountain.” 

There is something captivating about the mountain. When we first moved to Washington we didn’t understand why people compared the quality of weather to the clarity of the mountain. It’s something that you don’t quite understand until you see it in person. And if you get the opportunity to explore the various areas around Mt. Rainier, you will want to set up camp and never leave! Seriously, near or far, there is a reason it’s an iconic symbol for the PNW and I am honored to be able to document so many special moments throughout Mt. Rainier National Park. Anita and Chris got to experience everything from sunny to cloudy at the mountain in just a few short hours and it was MAGICAL.

Congratulations Anita + Chris! I am so excited that you chose a destination elopement here in the PNW. It was an honor to document your special day and I wish you two years of adventure and visits to more national parks!
