Yesterday I shared Taylor and Elias’s beautiful rehearsal dinner on the Lady Alderbrook at Alderbrook Resort & Spa and today I am so excited to share their intimate backyard wedding! The entire weekend was filled with so much fun, laughter, and love. One thing I really love is the confidence I can help instill in couples. One of the first things Taylor said to me at her rehearsal dinner really stuck with me. She said something along the lines of: as soon as I saw you, I instantly felt better. I think I wanted to smile and cry at the same time haha! I’m sure she meant better in the sense that, it’s real, it’s happening and everything will work out exactly the way it’s intended to be but I still love that I can instill that calming presence.

Being asked to document a wedding – is truly an invitation into some of the most intimate and special days of their lives. Taylor and Elias are the perfect mix of fun, creative and sentimental so I was excited to see how their day would turn out. The wedding was held at Taylor’s parent’s home on Lost Lake and I was stunned by how much detail and beauty surrounded their lakeside property. It truly was the most perfect location for their intimate backyard wedding. From the small details to the epic photo-booth and surprise fireworks, the day could not have been more fitting or perfect for these two!

Sheril with Harbor Blooms completely blew me away. I’ve discovered that artichokes and spearmint are pretty rad in flower arrangements. Seriously, aren’t they all stunning?!
