3,000+ miles would separate Samantha and Travis for two years while they both pursued their graduate degrees. When all was said and done it led them to their amazing wedding day in the beautiful North Cascades. After talking through different hikes and adventures, they decided on a Diablo Lake elopement.
Their day could not have been more perfect. It was just the three of us, and they were on top of the world with the most breathtaking views surrounding them. We had a ridiculous amount of fun…running around, laughing and just freaking celebrating the two of them. It was such a low key day that their wedding witness’ were two tourists that just happened to be out at sunrise.
From their first look to eating macaroons and popping champagne, Samantha and Travis took in every moment. They trusted me to take them on an adventure not knowing exactly how it would unfold. I loved showing them around our beautiful state.
Samantha was absolutely stunning in her BHLDN gown and their smiles throughout the day said it all! By the end of my time with them, I felt like we were old friends. It was a little sad to say “see ya later” since they came to Washington to elope! I am SO sure our paths will cross again and these two will have the BEST life as husband and wife!
