Vantage is home to the Ginkgo Petrified Forest State Park, a one-of-a-kind natural park where you can witness petrified wood and other fossils. You can exchange vows among the ancient trees or in the shadow of the park’s interpretive center, which houses some of the most fascinating geological and archaeological discoveries of the region. Additionally, the Vantage area has a few small, intimate wedding venues available. However, booking one isn’t necessary as the surrounding areas offer natural beauty that makes for a stunning backdrop. Washington’s peak wedding season spans about 3 months during the summer due primarily to weather. Because Vantage is located in Central Washington, it’s a great location with a moderate climate in the early spring and late fall making it the perfect location local to Washington but not during peak season! They receive less rainfall, less crowds and because all of your vendors aren’t slammed, a better availability and savings for you! The fresh sage adds to the perfect ambiance to your day!
