Sweetwater Branch Inn Wedding | Byron and Carley

A Sweetwater Branch Inn Wedding With A Halloween Theme

I got to join Sierra Ford Photography in documenting Carley and Byron’s Sweetwater Branch Inn wedding in Gainesville, Florida! I’ve been friends with Carley for as long as I can remember. When I found out she was getting married and wanted Sierra and I to document her day, I just about peed my pants. I had gotten to know Byron quite a bit before their engagement. There were so many occasions where he would do or say things that told me he was definitely a keeper! His uncanny way of matching Carley’s intensity when it came to discussions they were both passionate about, his love for adventure and of course the fact that he connected well with my introverted husband gave him extra brownie points. They were truly made for one another.

I’ve always known that Carley was very detail oriented but seriously, every inch of her wedding was subtle and sweet and so fitting with their personalities. They decided to get married on Halloween which was suiting for the two of them because of their love for the day. I’ve known their family to throw huge Halloween parties and for the two of them to attend Halloween Horror Nights yearly. Not to mention they’re huge movie buffs and incorporated their love of Harry Potter into the day. Our good friend Emily with Sunshine Tidings Co hand-lettered so many signs and decorations which really added a distinctive touch to the atmosphere.

I’m so happy to call these two friends and feel honored that I got to be behind the lens when they said “I do.”
